Course transfers and notifications

Notification

All cancellations must be notified in writing or via email.

All cancellation fees remain at the discretion of Resuscitation Skills Ltd. As a general rule, Resuscitation Skills prefers to transfer participants to future courses at no additional cost when that need is driven by work place rostering, sickness, bereavement, or family emergencies.

Cancellation received more than 5 working days: Refund less $50.00 booking fee.
Cancellation received less than 5 working days: 50% of course fees refunded.
Participants who do not attend: No refund.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, all course fees paid will be refunded in full unless courses are postponed or canceled due to COVID-19 Government imposed restrictions. In such circumstances Resuscitation Skills Ltd is not responsible for a participant’s loses, however all measures will be taken to transfer a participant to another course (at no additional cost)

Course Transfers

We appreciate that sometimes there are very valid reasons why participants cannot attend a course. Therefore we may, out our discretion transfer a participant to another course at no additional cost.
